How do I unlock doors?

This can be done a few different ways depending on your user status and Access Groups.

If you are a registered user and have been granted scheduled access to the device:
You can unlock the door by: 

• Using the virtual keypad and entering a valid passcode
• Using the Mobile Credential Unlock page and tapping to unlock the door desired
• Navigating to the "Door Actions" page and tapping "Unlock" next to the desired door

If you are a registered user without scheduled access to the door, or an unregistered user:

• Using the virtual keypad and entering a valid passcode
